Shipping policy

We ship to addresses in Canada only.

Delivery included on most gifts. Gifts marked "All-in price" include delivery anywhere in Canada; you pay $0 shipping at checkout. A few gourmet and pet items have delivery calculated at checkout from the maker's rates and the delivery address; their product pages say so.

Timing. Each gift ships directly from the maker or brand that produces it. Most makers ship within 1 to 5 business days; a few handmade or made-to-order items take longer, and every product page shows the maker's typical shipping time. Delivery usually takes 2 to 7 business days after shipping. Orders with gifts from more than one maker arrive in separate packages.

Because every order ships within Canada, there are no duties or border fees. You receive tracking by email as soon as each package ships.

If tracking shows a gift as delivered but it has not arrived, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate with the carrier.

Timing a gift for a closing date? Order 7 to 10 business days before you want it to arrive, or choose from gifts that ship in 1 to 2 business days.
